Our primary objective is to provide an "Affordable", Easy to Use" and "Accessible" digital education system to help instil curiosity and a love for learning in every student.

Our endeavour is to provide the best teachers in the industry. We follow a systematic screening process to identify, interview and onboard our talented faculty.
All our teachers are rich with experience in their respective subjects. They possess excellent communication skills with strong work ethics and are result oriented.
You can simply click on 'Find a Teacher' to view profiles and details of our teachers for Home, Online, Individual and Group Classes. Select the teacher you want based on your requirements such as class, subject, etc. OR contact us at support@tapnleap.com .
At TAPnLEAP we provide both online and offline services and resources to support and enhance educational delivery and management. For home teaching, the place of coaching would be mandatorily at student's place only.
Registration/Sign up
Register by simply giving us basic details in our website, following a simple double verification OTP sent by sms.
You cannot book for a trial class without registering at TAPnLEAP.
No, once you are registered, you cannot cancel the registration. However, there is no payment required for registration.
Online/Offline Sessions
Online teaching would just require a reliable broadband connection, a personal computer/laptop, good wi-fi connectivity, headset with microphone and power-backup.
TAPnLEAP would provide the online sessions through our licensed broadcast partner “Zoom” which includes an integrated "Whiteboard" for online teaching. It is mandatory for the student to have Zoom downloaded on the desktop / mobile where he/she would like to avail the teaching. We also provide a personalized dashboard facility where you could, find teacher/s, book/cancel classes, upload / download assignments and study reference material, communicate to teachers via our chatbot, make online payments, review your class status etc.
- If you are an existing user, login to your account, click on book a session, select online/offline session, opt for individual/group, choose your subject; based on this criteria Teacher bios will pop-up.
- Select the relevant bio, which may include details such as years of experience, location, availability.
- Click on the teacher you wish to choose. The teacher would automatically get added to the student’s dashboard.
- The student would require to book a class with the requested teacher. Once class is booked, a notification would be sent to the teacher. If the teacher approves, session is booked.
Both online and offline sessions are fixed at a duration of one hour.
Post-registration, the student and the teacher can access our exclusive Chatbot functionality available through the TAPnLEAP App and Dashboards. The feature allows direct interaction for discussions on subjects, class timings, etc. (Download the App)
Yes, upload and download functionality is available for both online and offline mode of education. The teacher and the student can upload / download study documents on their respective dashboards on an exclusive one-to-one basis.
Demo/Trial Class
Trial / Demo class is offered to all students at a fixed price of Rs.99/-. However, one trial class per student is permissible.
Demo/Trial Class is not allowed for Group.
However, the amount of Rs.99/- does not get deducted from student’s account and may be used and adjusted for booking their ongoing classes.
The demo/trail class is arranged to ensure that the students are comfortable with the teacher with their teaching ability and skills. Also, this provides the student to familiarize him / her on the mode of operation for the start and end of class.
The Trial/Demo Class is fixed at a non refundable amount of Rs.99/-. Only, one trial class per student is permissible to one student
You need to register to book a Trial Class.
You would require to choose a faculty of your choice for the Trial Class. However, the Teacher reserves the right to confirm the class based on his/her availability or schedule.
Sign in/Sign out/Attendance
The teacher is expected to arrive atleast 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the class at student's place.
The student and teacher needs to visit the “Today’s Classes” in their Dashboard on their App / Website.
The student/parent and the teacher would receive an OTP at their respective dashboard, 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class.
This OTP is entered by both the teacher and student/parent in their respective dashboard on their App / Website before the class starts.
This triggers the attendance of the teacher and the student and the beginning of the class.
For ending the class, the student needs to visit the “Today’s Classes” in their Dashboard on their App / Website.
15 minutes before the end of each class the Student/Parent receives the session end OTP. This OTP is entered by the student/parent in his/her respective App/Website. Student is also prompted to review and rate his learning experience. In case the OTP is not entered by the student, the class would automatically End the Class in the portal.

Yes, it works in a similar way. All students would require to access the OTP during sign in and sign out.
A group can have maximum 2 students. An already registered student can form a group.
He/she can invite their friend or an existing student at TAPnLEAP, and should enter all the details of the other student and get him/her registered if not already registered.
In case, an already registered student is invited to be part of the group, he/she would be sent an automated notification. Acceptance on the notification would get him/her added to the group.
The unregistered student, would be sent a registration email following which he/she can join the group.
Note: All students in the group are individually required to have sufficient balance in their account, to avail the classes.
The maximum numbers of students allowed in a group are 2.
The OTP is sent on the TAPnLEAP dashboard under “Today’s Classes” itself. Along with the same, the OTP is sent as well as on SMS.
The teacher is rated basis the review shared by the student. Also, the process transcripts an end to the session which is recorded in our system.
Payment & Usage
Payment options available on TAPnLEAP Website/App. "Pay As You Learn" with no restrictions on subject, teacher and class.
Yes, as there is a complete flexibility for the student to use their classes as per their convenience at the earliest, there is a validity of 1 year which is maintained for the account to be live. In case, there are no classes taken in past 1 year, the account is declared dormant. For more details kindly refer our Refund Policy
You have the flexibility to book for multiple courses, multiple subjects and multiple sessions using your account balance. For example, with Rs. 1000, you could book for 1 Mathematics Session (Costing Rs 300/), 2 English Sessions (Costing Rs 200 each), and a Hobby Class (Costing Rs. 300/-)
The minimum balance in your account should be the value of the class which is being booked for at any given point in time. If there is insufficient balance in the account, you will not be able to book any further sessions.
You can use your debit/credit cards, Google Pay, Net Banking, Wallets etc., on our Payment Gateway. Cheques/Drafts/Cash payments are not accepted.
Immediately post payment, your balance would be updated on your dashboards, also a payment receipt would be sent to your registered Email address.
Refunds
The refund initiation request needs to be sent by a mail to refund@tapnleap.com stating the account details (name, IFSC code, account number, bank and branch name) along with the reason for refund.
Kindly refer to our Refund Policy for the terms and conditions. The amount of refund would be credited to the student/parent's account within 7 calendar days of receipt of mail from student.
There would not be any automated refund of residual amount. The process of claiming refund is defined in our Refund Policy.
TAPnLEAP would not be held responsible in case incorrect bank/account details are submitted in the refund request mail.
TAPnLEAP Mobile Application
TAPnLEAP Mobile Application is available on both Android and IOS smartphones. You would be able to access only if you are a registered student. Simply download from our website or your mobile app store. (Download Now)
The TAPnLEAP can work both the Android and IOS enabled smart phones.
Yes. Currently TAPnLEAP App can be downloaded “free of cost”.
